This is one of those long-running spams. “Patrick Chan” is supposedly a banker at Hang Seng Bank in China, and he always has some big “business deal” for his intended victims. He’s nothing but a crook and a liar and the only business deal he has in mind is to lay hold on your money. Don’t be his victim and delete this spam. Be smart. Be safe. “Be informed”.
