Don’t believe this load of spam from “Shirley Lewis”. She’s probably nothing more than a college student (check out her e-mail address) . The government does give grants, but they don’t use an “edu” e-mail address and they don’t send random e-mails. If you receive this, consider the source from the college kid, and delete the spam.
