JOB POSITION According to a thorough research we made, we have got to know that we have lost a huge number of clients who in the past because of the following reasons: -high call rates to our office and some network complications. -high money transfer rates incurred while trying to send the money to our office. -inavailability of an expediated shipping service (like over night shipping, next day shipping e.t.c) -absence of a local center where customers can easily walk in. Since our customer service and satisfaction are our highest priorities we are hence planning to take a further step in establishing a branch of the company in the United States and Canada, where we already have a bulk of customers. In the main time, we are seeking an individual that will in the main time act as an online accounts clerk and a representative of the company while we are able to establish a local branch of the company in these locations. JOB RESPONSIBILITY *To act as an intermediary between the company and her prospective clients in your locality. *To report the complaint lodged by our clients to the head office ( as we might require some of our clients to lodge their complaints to you -via a means of your preference- on a weekly basis as most of them are often discouraged by the high call rates to our office and some network complications). *To accept payments- which may come in form of wire/bank transfer, checks or money order - on behalf of the company. *To forward all processed funds to the company on a weekly basis or as directed by the company. *To make a weekly report of all received and processed funds and forward the same to the company via email. Requirements: *A high school diploma, preferably with courses in Accounting or related courses,Mathematics and Computer applications,with one year work experience. * Should be self-motivated, committed and possess good communication Skills: *Computer literate in Microsoft Office. *Experienced in working with money. *Extensive experience in dealing with the public. RENUMERATION *The basic monthly salary shall be $1,300. *You shall be entitled to an extra pay of 8% on every processed funds. *There will be a bonus of 5% of the total sum processed if you successfully process the sum of $20,000USD and above at the end of the month. WORK DURATION This job opening is currently on a part time basis and should not take more than 5-8 hours on a weekly basis.
